Located in a strategic area, PT Sumber Karya Baja Utama (SKBU) operates an integrated facility that combines an administrative center with a large-scale fabrication area. The presence of structured physical facilities is the main foundation of our work in building client trust. Fabrication Capacity and Precision Cutting

The quality and strength of construction structures depend heavily on the accuracy of cutting and shaping materials in the early stages. To meet stringent project tolerance standards, our production area is supported by a heavy-duty industrial machinery line.

Precision Steel Forming
We operate globally-standardized hydraulic bending machines such as Amada Promecam. The use of CNC controls ensures every steel plate is formed with absolute angular accuracy. The simultaneous availability of multiple bending machine units guarantees smooth production rhythm for high-volume orders.
Large-Scale Cutting
Steel plate cutting execution is handled directly by high-capacity cutting machines. This operational process ensures plate dimensions are cut quickly, cleanly, and with a high level of precision according to the client's technical plan without causing material deformation.

Profile and Structural Component Processing Line

In addition to handling large-size steel plates, our fabrication facility has specialist equipment for processing detail components and basic profile materials such as angle iron, UNP channels, and steel pipes.

Perforation and Structural Connections
The use of high-precision drilling machines ensures that bolt holes or connection points are made very accurately. This technical step is essential to facilitate the assembly process in the field.
Pipe Threading Specialization
We have mechanical thread-making capabilities executed using specialized pipe threading machines. This machine is capable of producing consistent thread tightness levels to support various industrial piping applications.
Steel Profile Cutting
Industrial circular saw machine lines are dedicated specifically to executing the cutting of base materials. This equipment ensures materials are cut to technical lengths with smooth, assembly-ready surface results.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Massive production capacity requires the support of a robust distribution system. PT SKBU's operational area features loading-unloading facilities and wide fleet maneuvering space, specifically designed to accommodate heavy transport trucks of both tronton and engkel types. Loading is carried out systematically using containers and pallets to ensure material security during transit. We hold full commitment to maintaining supply chain continuity so that large-tonnage steel materials arrive at client project sites on time.
