Scope of HSE Application
The HSE Policy applies to all plant areas, storage facilities, and operations of every worker within the company's operational environment. This application covers:
- Production processes and material processing
- Goods storage and handling
- Factory machinery/equipment maintenance and repair
- Loading and unloading activities
- The use of company operational fleets
HSE Implementation Principles
In implementing this policy, the company adheres to the following principles:
Fabrication and Logistics Safety Procedures
- Using calibrated heavy equipment (cranes, forklifts, hoists) operated by licensed personnel.
- Maneuvering areas are restricted from access other than employees on duty and the work area.
- Installation of barricades and area signs during the goods/materials loading and unloading process.
- Material placement on racks is based on weight/size, with larger sizes at the bottom.
- Spacing between lines is adjusted for permitted goods mobility.
- Installation of stoppers in specific areas to prevent goods from falling/shifting.
- Assembly/welding areas are classified as hot hazard areas.
- Use of face shields, hot gloves, and welding screens.
- Provision of fire extinguishers at every hot work station.

Management and Employee Responsibilities
Management is responsible for providing a safe environment, facilities, infrastructure, HSE equipment, supervision, and adequate training and instruction.
All employees/driver partners must comply with HSE rules, wear PPE correctly, and report any potential hazards or incidents to their supervisor or safety officer.
Training and Awareness
The company regularly holds internal training and safety briefings to improve employee compliance with HSE procedures and ways to minimize risks. All new employees are required to undergo HSE induction.
Emergency Handling
The company has an emergency handling procedure that includes:
- Clear evacuation routes
- A safe assembly point
- A trained emergency response team
- Incident reporting system
