Mill ToleranceOur steel products comply with factory tolerance standards (Mill Tolerance) according to the applicable SNI. Actual physical weights and dimensions may have a reasonable variance (more or less) from the theoretical weight tables listed on the website.

Visual ConditionThe physical appearance of materials (such as reasonable surface rust/mill scale on black steel) is commonplace in warehouse storage and does not reduce structural quality, unless stated otherwise in a certificate.

Offer ValidityThe final and binding price is only the price stated in the Official Quotation Letter issued by our marketing staff with a specific validity period.

Running StockStock availability information on the website is not real-time. Customers must re-confirm stock (re-check) via the available WhatsApp or Telephone contacts before placing an order.

Transaction & Payment Procedures

Official Bank AccountsFor transaction security, PT Sumber Karya Baja Utama ONLY accepts payments via Company Bank accounts under the name PT SUMBER KARYA BAJA UTAMA.

Ordering (Purchase Order)A transaction is considered valid once an official Purchase Order (PO) has been issued by the customer and confirmed by our Sales Invoice.
