A refractory lining installed wrong will not last. Air voids in the cast or rushed curing make the lining spall under thermal shock, and the furnace has to shut down for repair.
We carry out refractory castable lining from anchor installation on the wall, to compacted void-free casting, through staged curing. This makes the lining grip firmly and withstand the repeated heat-and-cool cycles.
