Project Description
A wide-span warehouse needs the largest possible column-free space, a structure that stays stable when the racks are fully loaded, and a roof that does not leak in heavy rain.
For this project we built a wide-span warehouse on a WF steel frame. Truss connections use gusset plates and high-tensile bolts (HTB) so the roof load transfers evenly to the columns, keeping the structure stable with no columns blocking the central floor.
Scope of Work
- Fabrication and erection of the WF steel frame (columns, rafters, trusses).
- Gusset-plate connections with high-tensile bolts (HTB).
- Spandek roof installation with gutters and flashing.
- Working-floor casting and handover of an operation-ready building.
