Project Description
A process vessel holds pressure and contents that must not leak a single drop. A small flaw in a circumferential weld can grow into a seep once the vessel goes to work, and repairing it after installation costs far more than doing it right the first time.
We fabricate the vessel body by rolling plate into a cylinder, then joining it with longitudinal and circumferential welds. The joints are tightness-checked so the vessel is genuinely sealed before nozzles and other components go on.
Scope of Work
- Rolling plate into the cylindrical vessel body.
- Full longitudinal and circumferential welding.
- Nozzle and component fitting to specification.
- Joint tightness checks before handover.
The Value We Deliver
- 01Full welds, checked so they do not seep.
- 02Cylindrical body rolled smooth without creases.
- 03Built to the vessel technical specification.
- 04Tightness-checked before it ships.
