Project Description
Heat, welding smoke, and process fumes that linger in a room do more than make workers uncomfortable; they cut concentration and become a safety hazard. Opening doors and windows is rarely enough for a busy production floor.
We built an exhaust system that pulls dirty air straight from its source. Capture hoods sit over the hot spots, then the air is carried through ducting to the blower so heat and smoke never get the chance to spread across the room.
Scope of Work
- Fabrication of capture hoods at heat and smoke sources.
- Installation of the extraction ducting run to the blower.
- Exhaust blower installation and set-up.
- Draft testing and airflow balancing.
