Project Description
A furnace chamber runs at temperatures that make ordinary steel expand and warp. If the casing distorts, the refractory lining cracks, heat escapes, and furnace efficiency collapses. This is exactly where sloppy fabrication turns expensive.
We fabricate the chamber body from steel plate with stiffeners sized for thermal expansion. Refractory anchors are welded tight to the inner wall to hold the lining, so the casing stays stable and the lining grips firmly through every heat-and-cool cycle.
Scope of Work
- Steel-plate casing fabrication with expansion stiffeners.
- Welding of refractory anchors to the inner wall.
- Body and opening assembly to working drawings.
- Weld and dimensional checks before handover.
The Value We Deliver
- 01Casing designed to hold thermal expansion without warping.
- 02Refractory anchors keep the lining from shedding.
- 03Tight welds that minimise heat leakage.
- 04Built to working drawings and dimensionally checked.
